Kraken heeft de beste klantenservice die ik zelf ooit heb gecontacteerd, heel snel to the point en vriendelijk. Geen weken wachten op een response, ik had na 2 minuten direct hulp.
De site heeft 0 security breaches sinds ze hun launch.

I have an account with coinbase and kraken as well. Kraken has a real, existing customer support. I have locked myself out from my account due to a badly set up authenticator. They´ve immediately helped me to resolve the issue.
I had and still have problems with coinbase though.. I had my funds lost and I am still waiting for their answer.. You can not call them and they have not replied at all for the 2 tickets I opened for the 2nd week now. At least my funds were returned to my bank, however they do not respond. They also locked my account for unknown reasons, and they ask to submit my ID documents for the 4th time, that has already been verified…

Obwohl ich fast mein ganzes Vermögen auf dieser Seite verloren hab ist es echt eine richtig Top Crypto-Börse.

Es ist alles sehr einfach, übersichtlich und gut aufgebaut. Vor allem die Smartphone App. Fiat Währungen einzahlen ist per SEPA wirklich sehr einfach und beim Einzahlen per SEPA fallen keine Gebühren an.
Per Kreditkarte kann man zwar auch einzahlen aber das habe ich noch nicht probiert. Beim Trading an sich sind die Gebühren im Vergleich zu anderen Crypto-Börsen sehr sehr gering. Alles in allem finde ich diese Crypto-Börse wirklich super! Nur weiter zu empfehlen.

Espero que esta reseña le sirva a alguien, sinceramente llevo varios meses con Kraken y he hecho varios trade los cuales no me ha dado ningún problema, si es verdad que la interfaz de su web de trading pro es un poco liosa, sobre todo temas de stops loss etc… Tuve varios problemas en el tema de transferencias bancarias por colocar mal los datos, rápidamente me puse en contacto con ellos y sin ningún problema me lo solucionaron. Incluso me preguntaban por correo para saber si ya había recibido el dinero de vuelta a mi banco.
En resumen, veo que Kraken tiene muy malas reseñas y por ello cuento mi experiencia, yo estoy muy contento con ellos. Lo mejor que puedes hacer es probarlo tú mismo.

I’ve been with Kraken a few weeks, and my experience with them has been very positive so far. I’m UK based, don’t know if that makes a difference.
Account setup was straightforward, mobile app is easy enough and I’ve been depositing and withdrawing both crypto and fiat with no issues.
The one and only time I had to contact support was on a sunday, I had a response in under 90 minutes. Two emails later the issue was resolved.
I rarely leave reviews but after their great customer service (and seeing all the bad ones on here) I’m more than happy to drop them 5 stars. Should they ever let me down, I’ll update accordingly

Ho provato vari exchange ultimamente e questo è uno dei migliori secondo me, sia per le fee basse, sia per gli strumenti di analisi che mette a disposizione nella versione pro. Non è all’altezza di binance ma ha le fee più basse per chi fa piccoli movimenti come me. Inoltre ha la funzione staking con le % più alte che abbia trovato. Lo uso principalmente per questo. Dovrebbero aggiungere una bella carta con il cashback come altri exchange e sarebbe perfetto!

I am amazed at the number of scam reviews on here, and Trustpilot seemingly unable to do anything about them! I have been flagging them, but there are too many, I have a life to live! Please be aware that anyone advertising their (or someone’s) ‘services’ by advertising an email address on here (or in YT comments), is 99.99% likely to be a scammer. My friend was scammed for a lot of money in this way.
Now to my review of Kraken.com exchange:
After having an infuriating experience with both Coinbase and Gemini exchanges, I have been recommended Kraken.
Setting up the account was straightforward, as was using debit card to buy crypto. Beware, the fiat deposit fees are a bit high, but I don’t mind. Also, you will need to pay some bank fees to your bank as Kraken transfers all fiat money to euros to fund your crypto. Again, a bit of money to be spent, but I believe it’s worth it.
Twice, my transaction was cancelled for unknown reasons, but after contacting Kraken, they refunded the payments. So, as long as you follow the instructions and use authenticator to make your account safe, I believe this exchange is very good, and I will continue using it.
This review is by a novice crypto enthusiast, please do a lot of research and start small, just like I am doing, to be safe.
